信用證常用的英語(yǔ)句子介紹
一.金額和幣制(Amount and currency)
金額條款是信用證的核心內(nèi)容,其表達(dá)方式有:
Amount:USD........ 金額:......美元
FOR an amount(a sum)not exceeding total of USD ...總金額不超過(guò)....美元
Up to an aggregate amount of USD........總金額不超過(guò)..美元
二.匯票條款(Clause on Draft or Bill of Exchange)
信用證常見(jiàn)匯票條款:
Drafits drawn under this credit must be presented for negotiation in Guangzhou ,China on or before 25th june.2000.
憑本證開(kāi)具的匯票須于2000年6月25日前(包括25日)在廣州提叫議付.
Drafits in duplicate at sight bearing the clause "Drawn under ...L/C No ...dated...."
即匯票一式兩份,注明"根據(jù).........銀行信用證.....號(hào),日期....開(kāi)具"
Drafits are to be drawn in duplicete ti our order bearing the clause "Drafits under United Malayan Banking Corp.Bhd.Irrevocable Letter of Credit No....dated July 12,2002".
匯票一式兩份,以我行為抬頭,并注明"根據(jù)馬來(lái)亞聯(lián)合銀行2002年7月2日第..........號(hào)不可撤銷信用證項(xiàng)下開(kāi)立".
All drafits drawn under this creddit must contain the clause,"drawn under ...Bank of China ,Singapore credit No,6111dated 15th August,2000"
所有憑本信用證開(kāi)具的匯票,均須包括本條款:"(本匯票書(shū))憑新加坡中國(guó)銀行2000年8月15日所開(kāi)第6111號(hào)信用證開(kāi)具."
Draft(s) bearing the clause "Drawn under documentary credit No...(shown above)of ...Bank"
匯票注明根據(jù)"根據(jù)......銀行跟單信用證......號(hào)(如上所示)項(xiàng)下開(kāi)立"
Draft(s) drawn under this credit to be marked "Drawn under ...Bank L/C No...Dated(issuing date of credit)..."
根據(jù)本證開(kāi)出的匯票須注明"憑......銀行....年.....月......日(按開(kāi)證日期)第......號(hào)不可撤消2信用證項(xiàng)下開(kāi)立".
